I met Sarah in 4th grade, Stephanie in 8th grade, and Sally in 10th grade. We all came together at the beginning of our Senior year. It’s truly unbelievable that it’s only been one year since we’ve gotten close to each other. Saying this may be cliche, but it seriously feels like we’ve been best friends since the beginning of time. I honestly don’t think I can ever find anyone that I could click this well with. Sure, we have disagreements here and there, but we always find a way to work through it. We always end our bickerings with a simple “I love you girl”, and we’re back to normal. In the middle of this fake and chaotic world, I can proudly say I have find my truest and real friends. I love everything about them, about us. I have never felt so comfortable telling my deepest, darkest secrets to anyone before, because I know, I just know I can trust these girls. I love how comfortable and real we are with each other. I love how much fun we can have when we’re together even if we’re just in a room. I love our weirdness, I love our craziness, I love them. I seriously don’t know what I would’ve done and would do if I didn’t have them by my side. They have the best shoulders to cry on, and they’re the best at making me laugh even when I’m bawling my heart out. I don’t want to sound crazy, but I can really feel that we’re going to be best friends for a long time. Stephanie may be going to Pittsburg and Sally to California, but regardless of the distance, I know we will keep our friendship as strong as it is now. I can’t wait until the day we’re all 70, and we meet up to play with all our grandchildren. I’m so thankful for these girls, and from the deepest part of my heart, I really hope to keep this friendship for as long as I live.

My boyfriend’s mom invited me to dinner today for her birthday. This was the first time I was meeting his family. And boy… was I nervous or what.. The whole time before going to the restaurant, I kept checking my heartbeat and making sure it wasn’t going to pop out LOL. But it turned out a lot better than I expected :-D His sister was soooo sweet & nice, and his nephews were the cutest little kids I’ve ever seen. His parents weren’t intimidating and really funny. At the end of the dinner, his mom told me to come over sometime.. I think that means she likes me, hehehehe. I feel so relieved now & sooo happy that the dinner was a success! Yay (-:
